broken links

Expected Behavior

I was expecting a smooth installation process.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

At ubuntu 16.04, docker-compose up -d did manage to open port 8090 at localhost and I made a team and an account.

However, the link to the kd cli is broken:

https://sandbox.kodi.ng/c/d/kd

And the link to the linux desktop app is broken too:

https://koding-cdn.s3.amazonaws.com/koding-app/Koding-linux.zip

Context

I am just trying to install it :)
