I tried to build glslc without HLSL support but the final executables don't consider the ENABLE_HLSL option and instead always want to link the HLSL libs. I'm compiling with emscripten...

### What happened? I'm using a `GEMINI_API_KEY` environment variable for authentication and want to use gemini with `--experimental-acp` in Zed. The authentication itself works fine but every prompt immediately fails...
