Provide all the tools and their configuration for relevant filetypes as a provider

Just like require('efmls-configs.defaults').languages() provide another API to get all the tools and their respective filetypes.

Take defaults.json structure and include all the tools, should a user just want everything provided to them instead of a minimal list.
