Support TouchOSC virtual grids

I would like to be able to use OpenStageControl and/or TouchOSC to send/receive OSC messages to/from the monome-rack plugins via UDP/IP.

Thanks! I would definitely like to support the TouchOSC virtual grid layout, but probably not until well after VCV Rack 2.0 comes out.
