FY25 Verify Stage Roadmap Planning

Overview

In order to best align our teams to company goals, business priorities, and market needs, I'd like to propose and organize our FY25 launch plan.

This will feed into our FY25 Deck per this slack.

Proposal

Across Verify, like the teams to consider the following themes and items as top priorities for FY25:

1. Security position - Supply Chain Security (SLSA 4), Secrets Management, unblocking Secure Stage adoption, Google Cloud Console Integration
2. Flexibility, reusability, and ease of use for CI - CI Catalog, Fleet Management, CI Events
3. Frictionless onboarding - External CI Jobs, GitLab Steps, Runner Fleet Admin experience, Runner SaaS Machine Types

Next Steps

1. Identify if there are any WIP efforts you think should be included
2. Begin linking and labeling epics/issues with target quarters
