patch_agent_files writes a routing stub pointing to this file, but it was never committed — leaving a dangling read for any user who ran wtcraft init. Add it to close the gap.

patch_agent_fileswrites a routing stub inCLAUDE.mdthat tells agents toread .agent-harness/llm-anti-patterns.md, but this file was never committed — leaving a dangling read for any user who ranwtcraft init. This PR adds the file to close the gap.
Why not commit the lang block too?
CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.mdalso had awtcraft:langblock from local testing — that was intentionally left out. The routing stubs are committed because they demonstrate the tool's core worktree-routing feature. The lang block is a personal preference (English enforcement), not a project requirement, and would confuse open-source contributors.
