3.3.18 wipes saved proxy credentials only if user open that proxy profile in options (so if after saving the credentials you no longer open the settings of a specific profile, then everything worked)

3.3.19: cannot save proxy credentials at all. After saving credentials and closing settings, proxy authorization fails. All saved credentials also gone after upgrade to new version.
