Shows initialization errors for: 1. Out of order block storage, indicating a Bitcoin Core 0.10 chain 2. Disabled wallet 3. Disabled transaction index
Replaces the out of order block detection, which printed debug information.
This affects ThreadSafeMessageBox, InitError, InitWarning ...
