Helm 4 is released. With that comes many breaking changes as library consumes, as well as some breaking changes for user functionality. There are also new features that Zarf should consider exposing to users / setting reasonable defaults.

It's impossible for Zarf to test every way Helm 4 might break things for all the different charts that package using Zarf. There should be an RC release with Helm 4 merged so that we can give the ability for the community to test it out.
