take inspiration from EventHubs readme for primary links, and logging and feedback subsections. Adjust version ID Add changelog stanza stub Adjust samples readme Remove top level create_queue and troubleshooting-for-that-endpoint mentions for now until that's sorted.
Improve readme env var naming clarity, as well as cloud shell CLI verbiage.

Adjust verbiage to detail 0.50.2 -> 1.0.0b1 release.
Add samples for basic sending and receiving, utilizing both contextual and off-client methods to show both. (We can provide more samples and a better grid if we want to have more explicit coverage and transformations.)
