• Adds new page for aggregated proof
• Adds a new component in the home page to see the latest aggregated proofs

How to run

Starting from #1846, run:

1. Build explorer db: make explorer_build_db
2. Run explorer db: make explorer_run_db
3. Run db migrations: make explorer_ecto_setup_db
4. Run explorer: make run_explorer
