New Explorer Version

Note

This PR is an aggregation of many new features

Description

This PR is an aggregation of many new Explorer features:

Warning

This version requires a new .env variable:
BATCH_TTL_MINUTES=<minutes_until_batch_is_shown_as_unverified>
requirement of this env var is from this pr
