Code Review

This pull request updates the software.amazon.awssdk:auth dependency from 2.31.49 to 2.31.78. This is a patch update, which is good practice as it should include bug fixes and security updates without introducing breaking changes. My review includes a suggestion to improve the maintainability of dependency versions in build.sbt.

For better maintainability and consistency with other version declarations in this file (e.g., PARQUET_VERSION), consider extracting this version string to a val at the top of the file. It would be beneficial to also extract the versions for the related hadoop-aws and hadoop-client dependencies, to make it easier to manage them together.
