In our project we want to start using aemc on our local machines + servers. However we can't just download any file from the internet during deploys. Currently for oak_run the only option is to have it downloaded from a url (as far as I can see). Is there an option to use a local file and not download it automatically? If not, is this something that would be wanted/useful?
