Started with me wanting to make the Jump to Installer link/shortcut from the Mods tab work on the INI Edits tab too, turned into a mini-refactoring that made a bunch of functionality from the Installers and Screenshots tab work on the INI Edits tab too.

  • Drop the weird 'Open/Copy' dual purpose link in favor of a standard 'File..' menu with 'Open...' and 'Duplicate...' links.
    • This will also let users copy non-default tweaks.
  • Allow standard shortcuts for opening items (Enter and double click, which work on the Installers and Screenshots tabs) to work on the INI Edits tab as well.
  • Standardize the Jump to Installer functionality and add it to the INI Edits tab (will be useful for the BSAs tab too - ref BSA tab #233).
