BAIN should:

• Detect readmes that are named similarly to the package they're in (e.g. Manor Roads.txt in Manor Roads-24715-2-0-2-1563673145.7z)
• Install non-readme docs that are placed in the package root (this was always intended, it's just a bug in refreshDataSizeCrc)
• Rename common docs (besides just readme) to avoid conflicts (e.g. credits, CHANGES, etc.)
• Handle some newer docs extensions (e.g. .md, .rst, etc.)
