WordPress accessibility plugins can have two different purposes:
- testing and content checks
- improving the accessibility
For example: The Equalize Digital Accessibility Checker is for auditing and [WP Accessibility] helps with accessibility problems in WordPress themes.
The testing and auditing plugins can be added to testing, see PR
And the improving can be placed under a new menu item WP plugins under the "Start with accessibility" menu.
We can also add an extra warning for overlays here, and link to the overlay page already published.
