Describe the bug
When translating media related strings, Imagify is not automatically optimizing the newly created image.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure WPML and Media Translate are enabled
2. Follow the instructions here to translate media https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/
3. The new media is not optimized

Expected behavior
We should optimize them automatically, without the need of doing manual operations.
