Create a zip file matching the same slug name as what we push to wordpress.org.
Create a folder matching that same slug name.
Use .distignore and an rsync, which is also what the 10up wordpress uploader uses.
I also don't think we need .gitattributes anymore, as this will probably confuse people going forward, but I left it alone for now.
