This PR adds a setting to the GraphQL > Cache settings page to "enable purge logs"
When this is enabled, logs will be added to the error log when
graphql_purgeis called.The logs will look something like the following:
With this information we can better identify what actions triggered a purge and can determine if/when there is over or under purging.
