@justlevine a lot of labels already existed but were named and colored differently and had different descriptions. Not sure this would have done what I wanted 🤔 |

This adds a .github/LABELS.md file to describe the labels we use on the repo and can be used as a reference for other projects trying to be consistent. These labels have been implemented on the following repos:
