Description

WordPress.org is reporting that the readme.txt is missing a "Short Description"

Steps to reproduce

1. as a logged in plugin author, visit: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-graphql/#description
2. see error as shown in screenshot above

Additional context

We currently have a == Short Description == section in the readme.txt file, but proper syntax is to have the short description as a standalone line below the headers. Removing the == Short Description == heading should resolve the issue.
