[Site Editor] Notice showed on the Product Catalog template does not follow the WooCommerce notice styles #11869

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use any block theme
- Go to Appearence > Editor > Templates > Product catalog
- Notice the placeholder notice used on top of the page
- Notice that this notice appears on other Product related templates
Expected behavior
The notice should use the Information notice component

- This placeholder is not used on other templates, like the cart and checkout. Why is this notice needed on the product pages?
- A store that uses one of the cart or checkout blocks automatically receives the recommended notice style. Was this notice hardcoded? Doesn't look to be a typical WooCommerce notice.
