Tax expansion #94

Hi, I'm based in Colorado. I'd like to use woocommerce, but it doesn't seem like your sales tax options are customizable at enough levels to handle US taxes correctly (or maybe I'm not sophisticated enough to figure it out?). Example: I live in Boulder, CO. If someone buys from me online and they live in Colorado, I have to charge them state sales tax (2.9%). If they live in the same County (Boulder county), I have to charge them the County tax plus the state tax (4.9%). And finally, if they live in the same city (Boulder), I have to charge them state, county, and city taxes (8.31%). (Oh, and if they live anywhere outside of Colorado, I don't have to charge any taxes). These taxes are applied by the shopping cart based on the zip code of the buyer.
