Prerequisites
- I have carried out troubleshooting steps and I believe I have found a bug.
- I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.
Describe the bug
For Atomic site, "Shipping task" fails to display after completing OBW on "Woocommerce > Home" page.
Expected behavior
For Atomic site, "Shipping task should be displayed after completing OBW on "Woocommerce > Home" page.
Actual behavior
For Atomic site, "Shipping task" fails to display after completing OBW on "Woocommerce > Home" page.
Steps to reproduce
- Create any test site using Atomic site.
- Install and activate all the required plugins.
- Complete the Onboarding setup wizard.
- Go to Woocommerce > Home
- Observe that, For Atomic site, "Shipping task" fails to display on Woocommerce > Home page after completing OBW.

Isolating the problem
- I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
- This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
- I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
