Prerequisites

• I have carried out troubleshooting steps and I believe I have found a bug.
• I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

The WP Admin notice for "Coupon management has moved" does not get dismissed by pressing the "Remove legacy coupon menu" button.

I was able to reproduce the issue on my test site, and I've put the steps to reproduce it below.

A month back, I saw the same issue on my test site as well as on some of my old client's websites.

I came across a similar issue today in 4727785-zen.

I've recorded the steps that:

1. Does not reproduce the issue.
2. Reproduces the issue.

Expected behavior

The WP Admin notice for "Coupon management has moved" should get dismissed by pressing the "Remove legacy coupon menu" button.

Actual behavior

The WP Admin notice for "Coupon management has moved" does not get dismissed by pressing the "Remove legacy coupon menu" button.

Steps to reproduce

Steps that reproduce expected results

1. Install WooCommerce on a new WordPress site
2. Skip the installation wizard and go to WooCommerce > Coupons
3. Press on the "Remove legacy coupon menu" button once the WP Admin notice for Coupon management appears.
4. The notice gets dismissed. Video below.

3. Now go to WooCommerce > Coupons
4. Press on the "Remove legacy coupon menu" button once the WP Admin notice for Coupon management appears.

Isolating the problem

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
