Quick Edit removes featured product checkbox #30471
Description
When editing products with Quick Edit, the featured product box finds itself unchecked. This happens intermittently, but I was able to replicate it following this process (see below)
Prerequisites (mark completed items with an [x]):

- [x ] I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.
Describe the bug
When editing a product in quick edit mode, the check box for featured product becomes unchecked
Expected behavior
I would expect this to remain checked.
Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce the bug (We need to be able to reproduce the bug in order to fix it.)
- Set a product to featured, quick edit it to confirm. Save
- Open a non featured product with quick edit. Save
- Now open the featured product and the checkbox is no longer checked. If a store admin makes a price adjustment, for example, and re-saves without realizing the box is no longer checked, this removes featured product.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):
- [ x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
- [ x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
- [ x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
