Description
In iOS 18 the push notifications test are flaky due to the initialization timing on startup.
Therefor we had already upped the delay from 2.0 seconds to 3.0 seconds. Althoug 3.0 seconds was working, it was flaky.
Setting it to 3.5 seconds we get an 100% pass rate.
