LGTM but:
No docs update needed. These APIs were never documented externally.
We do have docs for them provide(), resolve(), and finalizeAll(). And it seems Typing custom providers with App.Providers is also no longer relevant.
So, we'll need to remove them from the v7 docs.
Edit: maybe this also means we should have a changeset to let users know this is removed?
