Update Linux packages to include Linked Servers support

`tds_fdw` is currently only included with Windows builds. Linux packages need to be updated to include `tds_fdw` a well to support [Linked Servers and OPENQUERY](https://github.com/wiltondb/wiltondb/wiki/Linked-Servers-and-OPENQUERY).
