Failure was due to us attemting to create a folder called "prefix" in the environment main folder, while a file with the same name is created by pixi. This PR should fix #552.

Looks good, lets do a fix release so this can be tested if pixi cannot test with local wheels (lets give them an hour to reply to that, otherwise release)
