As discussed in web-platform-tests/rfcs#22, there is a desire to use locally-installed Ahem when available with fallback to web font if not.

Looks good, but Taskcluster still running. I guess it will time out?

@foolip Yep, stability check timeout as expected. Otherwise looks good, could you force-merge when you get a chance?
