whatwg/html#2991 fixes module script error handling, again. We will be revising the test cases for the affected error cases via Chromium's two-way sync, over the next few weeks. I believe all of the changes will have to do with error identity, i.e. the tests which currently test that the exact same error is thrown each time.

But I wanted to file this tracking issue so as to record publicly that until that is done, the tests and spec will be slightly out of sync. I will keep this issue updated as the tests get fixed, for anyone watching.
