  1. revert: restore README to v2.5.0 — v2.6.5 rewrite lost product essence 

    The v2.6.5 rewrite reduced README from 930 to 220 lines, stripping:
- Atkinson-Shiffrin cognitive architecture explanation
- "The Problem / The Solution" narrative
- Comparison table (Without/With NEXO Brain)
- Ebbinghaus forgetting curves explanation
- Cognitive Cortex, Deep Sleep, Dashboard, Knowledge Graph sections
- Psychology, integrations, and changelog

Reverting to v2.5.0 (1a89127) as base. New features documented in
~/Desktop/nexo-new-content-to-merge-back.md for incremental merge.

  2. docs: add v2.6.0-v2.6.5 changelog entries to restored README 

    Adds changelog entries for all releases since v2.5.0 while preserving

  3. docs: integrate v2.6.0-v2.6.5 features into README and llms.txt 

    README: Added Runtime CLI, Personal Scripts Registry, Recovery-Aware
Background Jobs, and Startup Preflight sections. Updated MCP tool count
to 150+. Added CLI usage to Quick Start. All existing narrative preserved.

llms.txt: Updated from v2.1.0 to v2.6.5 with all current features,
tool categories, and recovery contracts.
