revert: restore README to v2.5.0 — v2.6.5 rewrite lost product essence
The v2.6.5 rewrite reduced README from 930 to 220 lines, stripping: - Atkinson-Shiffrin cognitive architecture explanation - "The Problem / The Solution" narrative - Comparison table (Without/With NEXO Brain) - Ebbinghaus forgetting curves explanation - Cognitive Cortex, Deep Sleep, Dashboard, Knowledge Graph sections - Psychology, integrations, and changelog Reverting to v2.5.0 (1a89127) as base. New features documented in ~/Desktop/nexo-new-content-to-merge-back.md for incremental merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <[email protected]>
