Solution description:
Add a "Position" control to the vertical tabs panel's "View options" popup (the gear icon in the panel header), allowing users to move the tabs panel between the left and right sides of the terminal with a single click.
Currently, this is only possible via the toolbar chip editor (drag anddrop), which is not discoverable. A simple Left/Right segmented control in the existing settings popup makes this feature accessible to all users.
