Option to disable block highlighting #9815

Describe the solution you'd like?

Block highlighting really gets in the way sometimes (especially with certain color themes), and there's no way to disable the feature if you don't want it. Since this is not a common terminal feature, I think this should be configurable in the Appearance/Blocks settings for those who don't want it getting in the way of their normal workflow.

This was previously requested here, but the request was closed by the original issuer despite the overwhelming support from other users. This is the one annoyance that keeps me going back to my old terminal despite all the other great features warp has to offer, and other feedback I've seen online indicates that I'm not alone in this.

I already have a working implementation ready to submit as a PR.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
