Describe the bug

This is a documentation-only task. I am standardizing the formatting (bullets, spacing, headers) across the repository's Markdown files to ensure consistency with project standards.

To reproduce

N/A - Documentation formatting cleanup.

Expected behavior

Markdown files in the repository should follow a consistent formatting style (hyphen bullets instead of asterisks, proper blank line spacing around headers, and clear section dividers) for better readability and maintainability.
