Show per-member add-on credit usage breakdown in team billing screen #9741

Summary

As a team manager, I'd like to see a usage count breakdown of add-on credits for all team members on the usage/billing screen.

Problem

Currently, team credit usage is tracked and billed collectively at the team level, but there's no visibility into which individual team members are consuming how many add-on credits. As a team manager, this makes it difficult to understand usage patterns, identify heavy consumers, and manage team spending effectively.

For teams on Build or Business plans, add-on credits are shared across all members. While each user has their own monthly credit limit, any usage beyond that personal quota draws from the shared team credits. Without per-member usage visibility, admins can't easily track who's consuming the shared pool.

Expected behavior

The usage/billing screen should display a breakdown of add-on credit usage per team member, showing:

  • Each team member's name
  • Their individual add-on credit consumption (total and/or per billing cycle)
  • Their contribution to the shared team credit pool

Actual behavior

The current usage screen only shows aggregate team-level credit usage. There's no way to see which individual team members are using how many add-on credits.

Reproduction steps or desired workflow

  1. Go to Settings > Billing and usage as a team admin
  2. Look for a per-member breakdown of add-on credit usage
  3. Currently no such breakdown exists — only aggregate team totals are shown
