Pre-submit Checks

Describe the solution you'd like?

When viewing a file (markdown, source file, etc.) there should be a spyglass for searching within the file, similar to the global search tool for the whole tree. In addition ctrl-f should do a find (similar to VSCode or a web browser) rather than moving the cursor forward.
