Describe the solution you'd like?

The Rules are the keystone of allowing the AI to work well with what you want to do.
It is the AI rules section in Warp, which governs how the AI should work on your codebase. There, one could also store their project's PRD.

In the case of Warp, since it's not a traditional IDE, but rather a terminal, I would like to suggest the following to improve its usability.

  1. We can create folders in Rules and toggle them ON or OFF.
  2. This way, when we work on, say, the codebase of Project A, we want to implement the Rules that we made CUSTOM for Project A.
  3. When we work on Project B, we can toggle the rules for Project A OFF and turn the rules for Project B ON.
  4. This enables the terminal to determine which rules to apply.

Of course, an alternative is to have a Rule that says something like: "look at folder PRD in my codebase", in there we can put down our custom rules and other stuff. But based on my experience, having this set in the terminal or IDE made the enforcement more reliable.
