Describe the bug

After manually reverting a diff hunk in the code review panel and saving, the hidden sections should be recomputed. Currently, the section that previously had changes is still displayed.

To reproduce

  1. Open the code review panel with changes.
  2. Manually revert a hunk.
  3. Save
