With a42c3fd official Linux executables are no longer runnable under Debian 12 (bookworm) due to outdated glibc on that platform.

./warpgate: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by ./warpgate)

Would it be possible to downgrade the build platform back to ubuntu-22.04?
