We should add a capability to the Automation section of the spec that indicates whether the browser supports the WebAuthn Automation API or not. This will aid in the integration of the API with software that may interface with arbitrary browsers. Perhaps a "virtualAuthenticator" boolean that indicates whether the remote supports all virtual authenticator methods.
