Section 4.3.2 includes the text

OCF ZIP containers MAY use the ZIP64 extensions defined as "Version 1" in section V, subsection G of the application note [zip] and SHOULD use only those extensions when the content requires them.

Section V, subsection G does not exist in the referenced spec.
This was brought up in #1207, which was closed as completed despite the text still referencing the nonexistent section.
