Summary

I've had to currently lock the version of remark-breaks in the dashboard to 3.0.2, because 3.0.3 starts using as ESM-only package, and importing that package in our Typescript project requires switching to use ESM output. Not sure yet how big or small a change that will be, so avoiding it during the release.
