Based on http4s-aws, the new ciris-http4s-aws module adds
AwsSsmParameterswhich enables retrieving decrypted values from the AWS Systems Manager (SSM) Parameter Store. Similar functionality has previously been offered by external modules using the AWS SDK for Java. The difference is that http4s-aws does not rely on the Java AWS SDK, and is instead built on top of http4s.
