Hi 👋 Would it be possible to upgrade the dependency of vLLM to numpy to remove the pinning [here](https://github.com/vllm-project/vllm/blob/main/requirements-common.txt#L5)? We are running into a dependency conflict issue in our dependency chain and would appreciate the move to support more recent numpy versions. Thanks!
