Description

Clean up changelog until v5.0.0-beta.10:

  • removed small chore PRs
  • pushed breaking changes to the top
  • split by Features, Performance, Fixes, Cleanup

This is what we have been doing in previous releases, but now that we are spending more time on the migration guides we may want to discuss if it is needed and if these cleanups are helping users, or if it will be better to leave the history of each version as is (that would be useful to see that the rollup bump is in its own PR).

Making this a draft, it is going to be useful for people to see the commits in each beta if they are debugging. I'll merge it with the final changes for the final v5 release.
