Describe the bug

When I reload the dev server twice, it gets stuck, and I can't reload the application anymore.

Steps to reproduce

1. Here is all good:
   

2. Now press "r" + enter

3. reload still good:
   

4. Again "r" + enter
   

5. And now the server doesn't accept any input anymore
