Sequence of actions:

1.enable google drive sync on 2 devices
2.click the #refresh button on one device and wait for it to complete
3.do the same on the other device
4.see that there is only 99 scripts

Problem:

google drive only syncing 99 or 164 scripts

the scripts that dont get synced seem to be consistent.
it should not be about the script content as one script that was removed, https://update.greasyfork.org/scripts/491562/libloader.user.js, has only basic utf8 chars.

Expected result:

all 164 scripts should exist

console is empty
